




Destination Jelmoli
Short description
The traditional building in Zurich's city center will be renovated over two years from the beginning of 2025. Afterwards, the lower floors will offer newly designed, high-quality retail space of around 13,000 m², with office and service space of around 20,000 m² above and a roofscape with a unique gastronomy offering.
The project
The traditional listed Jelmoli building is being revitalized as "Destination Jelmoli". The redesign brings diversity in the form of retail space, restaurants, offices and leisure facilities. This transformation makes the building more vibrant for the city, preserves its historical significance and focuses on sustainability.
Implenia is responsible for the planning and turnkey, operational construction of the "Destination Jelmoli" building at Seidengasse 1, Sihlstrasse 4 and 6 and Uraniastrasse 25.
