The project

The Buildings branch in Hamburg built a high-quality residential complex for the elderly with care facilities and community living spaces in Hamburg-Eppendorf as a turnkey project for the social welfare organisation Bethanien Diakonissen-Stiftung. Given responsibility for execution planning and turnkey new construction, the Buildings branch in Hamburg constructed 68 residential units, the four-storey care home with 123 rooms, the five-storey office for the social welfare organisation, and a chapel. The complex is rounded out by a wellness area, a public restaurant, an events room and a single-storey underground car park. All buildings are accessible to those with restricted mobility and are constructed to the KfW 70 standard.
