Letzigrund work payment: Zurich High Court rejects appeal for work performed by Implenia
Dietlikon, 15 September 2016 – Implenia takes notice that the Zurich High Court has rejected the appeal filed by Implenia for outstanding claims amounting to around CHF 20 million resulting from work ordered by the city of Zurich and performed by Implenia in connection with the construction of Letzigrund Stadium. Implenia is analysing the ruling and will comment in due time on how it intends to proceed.
