Implenia successfully acquires modernisation projects
Dietlikon, 18 November 2013 – Various clients in the Greater Zurich region have commissioned Implenia to modernise their buildings. The overall value of these recently acquired contracts exceeds CHF 100 million. The projects are a mixture of total and general contractor orders from both the private and public sectors. They include refurbishment of apartment blocks and commercial buildings, a school conversion job and a repurposing project involving the creation of new apartments from what was commercial space. The largest single contract by far, worth over CHF 50 million, is for the total renovation of the Flurpark office building in Zurich. This work in Zurich-Altstetten has already begun and will run until spring 2015.

The total renovation of the "Flurpark" office complex in Zurich, along with several other recently acquired modernisation projects in the region, have generated an additional order volume of more than CHF 100 million for Implenia.
