Handover of Baslerstrasse Zurich high-rise residential building to the client Swiss Life AG
The high-rise building with its pedestal construction blends in excellently with Zurich's up-and-coming outer district and sets a striking urban accent. In the high-rise building 84 rental apartments and in the base building 77 rental apartments were built. In addition, there are commercial and office spaces on the first floor and on the 1st floor. With the occupation, the inner courtyard with restaurant and public use on the first floor is to become an atmospheric hub for the residents of the quarter. Implenia executed the project as general contractor. The design is by Galli Rudolf Architekten AG in Zurich. The new building will be Minergie-P-Eco certified.
