Tender, Lokstadt, Winterthur
At the major Lokstadt project in Winterthur, we are turning the former site of the Swiss Locomotive and Engineering Factory into a new city neighbourhood. In one part of the development – the Tender building – high-quality apartments are being created that redefine modern, multifaceted standards of living. Lokstadt’s overarching sustainability concept informs the way Tender is being built – from environmentally efficient construction techniques to designs focused on the well-being of future residents. Tender also marks the launch of Implenia’s partnership with Ina Invest. Originally developed by Division Development, the project was transferred to Ina Invest, which has in turn commissioned Division Buildings to handle the construction, and Division Development to do the marketing. Completion is scheduled for summer 2023. In the showroom and using the online configurator, buyers can already get a very good impression of what it will be like to live in the Tender. With three different levels of fit-out, they can tailor their new homes to their individual preferences. www.lokstadt.ch
