With the Implenia Employee Awards, we recognize achievements that bring our values and strategic priorities to life: safety, performance, growth, excellence, collaboration - and the people behind them.
Implenia Awards
The Health & Safety Award has been firmly anchored in our culture for over ten years, creates visibility for exemplary behavior and shows how valuable it is to learn from one another. Safety is our top priority: we all want our colleagues to return home healthy in the evening.
In addition, the sharpened strategic priorities of performance, growth, business innovation and people & culture are central to the successful implementation of our growth strategy.
For this reason, two new awards will be added in 2026:
- Performance Award
For teams that have not only achieved their goals, but have done so exceptionally well - with a measurable impact on Implenia's results, high quality, outstanding time management and excellent collaboration. - Growth Award
For teams that have visibly developed: through new skills, innovations, bold ideas and tangible growth in their impact.
Who can take part?
Teams from the entire Implenia Group - including all associated companies - can be nominated for the Employee Awards. You can nominate other teams as well as your own. The evaluation criteria are designed to give all teams a fair chance.
What are we looking for?
Performance Award
The focus is on outstanding results with measurable added value - for Implenia, for our customers and for our projects. This award makes top performance visible and recognizes teams that impress with quality, reliability and impact.

Growth Award
The award recognizes teams that have undergone exceptional development in the course of a project or initiative. The decisive factor is not only the result, but also the way to get there: learning, change, innovation and the constructive handling of challenges.

How are the awards presented?
The winners of all three awards will receive and celebrate their prizes at our big 20th anniversary celebration on September 5, 2026 in Zurich. All finalists will be presented on stage with professional video portraits.
