Implenia is building three sustainable apartment buildings for different user groups in Dossenheim.
The project
For Nagel & Rerich Wohnungsbau, Implenia Hochbau is building three apartment buildings on a shared underground parking garage on Handschuhsheimer Landstrasse, ready for occupancy. Based on plans by +Mast Architekten, three high-quality, sustainable properties are being built for a wide variety of users.
Services in detail
The ensemble is based on the scale of the surrounding buildings and demonstrates a high aesthetic standard in the urban context. The underground car park with 44 parking spaces acts as a platform to set the three urban villas apart from the adjacent street. The façade with its elegantly crafted details and the top floor with innovative planting systems are characteristic of the style.
The new buildings are planned with three full storeys above ground and a staggered storey. All apartments have a balcony or terrace, high-quality fittings and individual floor plans.
In addition, an above-ground car-sharing station with e-charging function, 77 bicycle parking spaces and three e-cargo bike stations will be set up for modern mobility.
Sustainability
The project will be built to the KfW55 standard. Both green roofs and a PV system will be installed. Heat is generated by three heat pumps.
