The project

Implenia France has set up its own production facility for segments (tunnel lining) as part of the joint venture with Demathieu Bard to meet the needs of the Lyon Metro Line B extension project.

The 3,000 m² plant has a storage area of 13,000 m² and, thanks to the use of an automated carousel, has a production capacity of 175 segments per week. Drying cabinet equipment makes it possible to control the temperature and humidity of the rings.

Further horizons are opening up for this factory with the will to diversify its activity to other customers.
