The Metropolitans

Short description

The Metropolitans consists of two 19-floor high-rise buildings containing apartments with interesting floor plans of between 75 and over 200 square metres. The apartments in these unique high-rise buildings are also surrounded by a terrace with spectacular loggias that extend the living space outdoors. In addition, the buildings’ residents are able to enjoy exclusive access to the Sky Lounge on the roof.

The project

The Metropolitans was designed by renowned international architectural firm baumschlager eberle. Innovative solutions such as the double-layer façade which creates terraces make the project unique in terms of its architecture and the living experience it offers. 

At first glance, The Metropolitans looks like high-rise residential blocks. The apartments in these unique high-rise buildings are also surrounded by a terrace with spectacular loggias that extend the living space outdoors. In addition, the buildings’ residents are able to enjoy exclusive access to the Sky Lounge on the roof.

The two buildings form a harmonious ensemble, grouped around their own square. The two entrances to The Metropolitans face this square, subtly giving the address a certain exclusivity. Illuminated water features and a canopy of leaves greet visitors before they enter the lobby of The Metropolitans.
