The project

To counteract the housing shortage on the Riviera, the client also wanted a location with a lake view, which is becoming increasingly rare for rental properties. As the plot was very small and the surrounding area was already built on, the space had to be used optimally. The decision was therefore made to construct a six-storey building with a flat roof consisting of a concrete slab with sprayed-on insulation and waterproofing. The load-bearing structure is made of concrete and aerated concrete bricks, which are wider than usual and provide ideal thermal and acoustic insulation. The combination of all these elements undoubtedly helps the building to blend in perfectly with its surroundings. Another plus point of the construction: the glazing chosen has an above-average sound insulation coefficient, which offers the apartments in the front part of the building, which overlooks the Route du Lac, a level of comfort that should not be underestimated.

The residence consists of 38 apartments on 6 floors, 14 three-and-a-half-room apartments and 24 four-and-a-half-room apartments. All apartments have a spacious balcony, except for eight apartments, which have a terrace. It should be noted that only the four-and-a-half-room apartments are open-plan. Underfloor heating, oak parquet flooring in the bedrooms (English floorboards) and living rooms, tiles in the kitchens (fitted) and bathrooms, the fittings are of a high quality. In addition, 36 indoor parking spaces and 10 outdoor parking spaces are available to tenants.
