The project
The complex with 58 flats was built along the Route Suisse and is located close to the two village centres of Buchillon and Etoy. The building is located in a very attractive commercial area, the Littoral Parc, halfway between Lausanne and Geneva and is very well served by the road network in particular.
Services in detail
The building stands on a square plot at right angles to the street. The programme is spread over five levels, four of which are above ground. The entrance and reception are located in the centre of the ground floor and form the central core, which is naturally lit from the roof by a skylight. The ground floor also houses the communal areas (dining area, laundry room, common room, service rooms), as well as two counselling offices and ten flats. The floors are intended exclusively for residential use, with sixteen flats per floor, 2.5-room flats with the exception of two studios.
