Short description

In a neighborhood of beautiful residences in the commune of Vandoeuvres, on a 15,928 square meter plot, a complex of four volumes has replaced the 1960s villa. In the heart of this haven of peace bordering the Geneva Golf Club, thirty-six high standard apartments now welcome golfers and other residents.

The project

The residences follow the slope of the plot. Distributed in four volumes, the residences are distinguished by the extent of their surface areas, by the great height of the rooms and by the generous outdoor spaces that extend them, balconies, terraces or gardens. Developed according to criteria combining luxury and comfort, the project obviously gives preference to high-end materials and equipment, while leaving the buyers free choice for the interior finishes. The surroundings of the buildings are carefully designed and the slope of the land is used to create terraces and private gardens or common areas for pleasure. The only traffic routes are the pedestrian paths leading to the housing units.

Services in detail

The construction of the complex took place from 2017 to 2019. The structural work was carried out in accordance with high energy performance standards (HPE) with a reinforced concrete structure. The ventilated facade is clad with natural stone slabs enhancing the elegance of the whole. Inviting the eye to escape without obstacle towards the surrounding nature or the Mont Blanc massif from the attics, the bay windows are equipped with a minimalist filigree sliding system and the railings are self-supporting glass. Everything is done to extend the interior spaces to the exterior and offer a pleasant feeling of freedom. At a time when ecological concerns are being questioned, the project is accompanied by a search for high energy performance.
