Les Vergers du Poyet, Aubonne
Short description
This complex of rental apartments was built thanks to the investment fund of a pension fund in Aubonne on an 8,993 m2 plot in the north-west of the old town.
The project
The buildings are divided into seven units distributed on both sides of the plot (one with 3 and one with 4 units), as well as an eighth, central element. The side buildings, which are connected in the basement by the underground parking garage, have the form of "chains" that are offset in plan, with the whole built on two basement levels and a first floor. Some of the buildings extend from this level over two floors plus an attic, while the other part has only one floor above ground level, but is equipped with an attic and roof. Access to the property, which has an average gradient of 6%, is via a private pathway, which is secured by an easement registered in the land register. The building meets quite high quality standards compared to today's usual standards and is designed to blend in well with its surroundings and make optimum use of the building volume.
Services in detail
The complex's fifty-five apartments occupy the majority of the 49,360 SIA cubic meters, apart from around 3,000 cubic meters set aside for craft and storage rooms. The apartments offer a wide range of choices, from 1-bedroom apartments to 5 1/2-bedroom apartments and all sizes in between. An underground garage provides 107 parking spaces as well as 103 spaces that can be used as public parking, while a civil defense room is integrated into the basement in two zones, allowing for 144 protected parking spaces. The buildings meet the requirements of special regulations that were adopted as part of the neighborhood plan that has been in place since the beginning of 1992.
