New construction and expansion after complete gutting in just nine months.
The project
Within a nine-month period, the Buildings branch for industrial construction revitalised an office building on Karolinenstraße in Nuremberg city centre. The building was stripped back to its supporting structures – in other words, it was completely gutted. This was followed by new construction and expansion work, including overhauling all of the technical building equipment. The branch office also played an active role in the implementation planning. The existing façade was removed and replaced with an attractive, high-grade natural stone and glass façade.
