Dieburg tax office, shell
Short description
Implenia is constructing the shell of a three-storey office building with underground parking for a private investor.
The project
Implenia Hochbau Frankfurt has erected the shell of a three-storey office building for Biskupek/Scheinert GbR from Darmstadt. The modern administration building with an innovative energy-saving concept has an underground garage with 106 parking spaces. The user will be the Dieburg tax office.
Services in detail
The building is divided into a transverse bar with three outgoing vertical building sections (1st - 3rd finger). With its loosened-up form, the comb structure of the building takes up the small-scale development of the surrounding area. In the underground parking garage, there are two completely enclosed courtyards between the fingers, which serve as greenery.
The building is solid and made of reinforced concrete. The basement is larger in area than the rising storeys, is mainly used as an underground car park and is built as a waterproof construction.
Access to the property and to the underground garage/basement is via the sidewalk on Konrad-Adenauer-Straße.
Access to the building entrances is step-free. The office floors can be reached from the basement via the elevators.
The ceiling above the underground garage is designed for a traffic load of 5 kN/m².
