Investigation into suspected anti-competitive agreements in Lower Engadine

Dietlikon, 1 November 2012 – Representatives of the Secretariat of the Competition Commission carried out inquiries at Implenia’s branch in Zernez (Canton Grisons) on 31 October 2012. There is evidence that anti-competitive agreements may have been made. Implenia cooperates with the competition authorities in order to clarify the facts. Implenia attaches great importance to free and unhindered competition. It is one of the principles reflected in Implenia's internal Code of Conduct, which is signed by every employee and which is the subject of annual training.
