Implenia celebrates opening of new premises in Crissier
Dietlikon, 29 May 2018 – Implenia has opened its new offices in Crissier, Canton Vaud. Leading business people and politicians attended the opening ceremony on Monday. Implenia welcomed Nuria Gorrite, president of Canton Vaud, to the celebration, along with National Councillors, the mayors of Crissier and Renens, and the president of Vaud’s business association. The new premises, which were built by Implenia, will enable the Group to have all its office-based staff from Business Unit Buildings in the Canton of Vaud under one roof.
The eight-storey building offers 11,000 m2 of gross floor area, plus an underground garage for more than 100 cars. Implenia will occupy two of the floors, which have desk-space for around 80 staff. The rest of the offices are being let out to third parties. The building’s impressive features include its spectacular triangular shape and its solar power system. A 400 m2 photovoltaic plant supplies the building with solar energy.
“The new offices for our building construction specialists in Vaud provide our employees with a state-of-the-art workplace in an outstanding location,” said Anton Affentranger, CEO of Implenia, at the opening ceremony. “In Crissier we confirm the strategic importance of our commitment in French-speaking Switzerland.”
