Change on the Board of Directors
Dietlikon, 3 February 2016 – There has been a change on Implenia’s Board of Directors: Hubert Achermann, who has been a Member of the Board since 2013 and who took over as its Chairman in March 2015 has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Hubert Achermann has decided to step down because of the demands of his other mandates. Implenia’s Board of Directors would like to thank him for his work at Implenia and wishes him all the best for the future. The Board of Directors has decided that Board Member Henner Mahlstedt will head the Board up until the General Meeting of Shareholders on 22 March 2016. The Board of Directors is confident that it will be able to announce its proposed permanent successor as Implenia’s Chairman within the next few days.
