By agreeing to the conditions of participation, the participant consents to the video and image data submitted by him/her, as well as his/her first and last name, being published on the website implenia.com/implenia-on-site/youmatter. This website is accessible to anyone and is not subject to a personal login.
Prior to publication, Implenia will request a declaration of consent to the publication of the submitted video or image material from the participating person who submitted a contribution. The participant may withdraw consent to publication if he/she wishes to do so without giving reasons.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the raffle. Cash payment is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
It is forbidden to transmit or make accessible criminal, youth-endangering, racist or extremist or discriminatory content as part of the promotion.
Implenia is entitled, at its own discretion, to exclude individual entries from participation, in particular if they violate the conditions of participation.
