Implenia enables students from a wide range of disciplines to gain valuable professional experience through internships. These internships last at least 6 months and are an excellent opportunity to put the knowledge acquired during your studies into practice and to expand your own professional network. Working student activity
Would you like to earn some extra money during your studies and get a taste of practical experience at the same time?
Implenia allows you to work as a student trainee in an internationally active company on exciting projects and put the theory you have learned into practice. We are looking for students from a wide range of disciplines to actively support us. In this role, you will support us part-time with a workload of between 40 and 80 percent in a designated area on site.

Trainee program
With a 12-month trainee program in our Buildings division, you will lay the foundation for your professional career.

Lay important foundations for your future career at Implenia with your thesis. If you prove yourself during your thesis with us, you have already created the best conditions for a direct career start at Implenia. Because of course we prefer to recruit employees we already know.
If you already have concrete ideas about your topic, it's best to get in touch with us three to six months before you start your project. We are aware that topics often arise at shorter notice. In this case, simply apply as soon as you know what your work will involve.
