Implenia Connect

Since September 2021, the employees of the four previous locations in the Zurich region and Winterthur have been working under one roof at our new headquarters: Implenia Connect. Here, we are pooling our expertise across all divisions and functions and creating the best conditions for productive collaboration.

The modern, flexible and collaborative environment enables short communication channels, an intensive exchange of knowledge and spontaneous meetings - within Implenia, but also with customers and partners.

Employees can choose a suitable place to work depending on the type of work and according to their needs: There are different meeting spaces for teams, but also individual retreats. Implenia Connect also provides the right environment for meetings, workshops, innovative brainstorming sessions or events - internally or with customers.

Sustainable and healthy - focusing on our employees

The coffee bars offer free coffee and tea of different varieties throughout the building, providing opportunities for exchange and relaxation. The well-being of employees is also enhanced by measures implemented in accordance with Well requirements in the ten areas of air, water, nutrition, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound insulation, materials, spirit and community. These include, for example, an optimal indoor climate, rest areas or FELFEL vending machines for fresh and healthy food.

In addition to the LEED Platinum certification of the Ambassador House - which meets the highest standards for the ecology of the building and its operation - we are also Well Platinum certified with Implenia Connect.

Ready for the future

The projects we do for and together with our customers are large and complex. The demands on us and on our working environment are constantly changing. Implenia Connect is therefore built and equipped with mobile elements so that the rooms can be easily and quickly adapted to new requirements by the employees themselves.
