Business Partner Finance Global Functions

Responsibilities 

• Lead the company-wide functional controlling for assigned global support functions such as IT, HR, Marketing & Communications, etc.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for these areas, including reporting to relevant stakeholders (department heads and Global Function Heads/CxO).
• Proactively manage and monitor cost centers with variance analysis (e.g., in SAP FI/CO) to meet financial targets, including ad-hoc analyses and development of action plans.
• Conduct annual mid-term and budget planning for cost centers based on strategic and operational objectives.
• Participate in defining, analyzing, and financially evaluating strategic initiatives for the assigned functions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes and internal projects.

Qualifications 

• Education with further training in Finance/Controlling (e.g., Advanced Studies or Expert in Accounting and Controlling preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling or a comparable financial role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and relevant software applications (SAP FI/CO, BI, etc.).
• Knowledge of IFRS and Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Solution-oriented, independent, and deadline-focused work ethic with high-quality standards and strong analytical skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a highly confident demeanor in interactions with senior management of multinational companies.
