Photovoltaic system – Riverside

Short description

On the Riverside plot in Zuchwil, Tetrag implemented a system solution for energy management and monitoring for one of the largest retrofitted photovoltaic installations in Switzerland.

The project

The roof of the large industrial hall on the Riverside plot has been home to one of the most powerful PV systems in Switzerland since autumn 2015. It underscores the sustainability strategy of its investor, the Swiss Prime Investment Foundation, and the energy-efficient policies of the energy community in Zuchwil. The installation was awarded the Swiss Solar Prize in 2016. The project involved the creation of a monitoring system for the 273 inverters by Tetrag Automation AG. Alongside production monitoring, the system also detects faults and partial shading.
