Flößerhof - Wohnen am Wasser

Short description

Implenia is building again in Zollhafen: after the Kaufmannshof, the clients have now commissioned the Flößerhof.

The project

Implenia is once again involved in the largest district development in Mainz. In Zollhafen, right next to the Kaufmannshof project, Implenia Hochbau will construct another building complex. From compact studio apartments on the Gracht to modern harbor houses with a view of the Rhine, singles, couples and families will find a home here.

Due to the fair, cooperative and trusting collaboration of the project team with the client during the realization of the Kaufmannshof project, the client has commissioned the team of Implenia Hochbau Frankfurt with the follow-up project Flößerhof.

Services in detail

High-quality equipped condominiums, partly barrier-free, partly wheelchair accessible, with terrace, loggia or balcony - depending on the floor plan variant, several outdoor areas are also available. The special feature: The project, built around a green courtyard, will be surrounded by canals all around. These are man-made and offer waterfront location for all.

The Flößerhof consists of six interconnected houses in a U-shaped perimeter block design as well as three harbor houses grouped around an attractively designed inner courtyard. Extensively landscaped, it forms the heart of the Flößerhof. Here private terraces, play and meeting areas as well as the entrances to all residential units can be found. To one side is the harbor basin with a public, car-free promenade.

The new building is being realized by a project company of CA Immo Deutschland GmbH and UBM Development Deutschland GmbH. Both companies have already developed and built several projects in the Zollhafen Mainz. In the adjacent Kaufmannshof, Implenia is realizing high-quality rental apartments, office space and the first section of the canal landscape.
