CarGarantie G10 - New office and administration building

Implenia built the shell of an office and administration building.
The project
Car-Garantie Versicherungs-AG is a pan-European specialist for used car, new car and motorbike warranties with an annual turnover of EUR 235 million. A new office building with two basement levels of underground parking was to be built in Freiburg (headquarters) at a cost of around EUR 9 million. Implenia constructed the shell with a total of around 8,300 m² of ceiling space divided into a 7-storey building. The concrete walls in the upper floors remain untreated (exposed concrete) and were constructed with wall formwork with a stainless steel formwork skin. The basement was constructed as a white tank, partly with hollow walls, and was additionally sealed with a SikaProof fresh concrete composite foil in the technical rooms.
