The project
Implenia is building an office and commercial building in Berlin-Wilmersdorf for Investa Real Estate. The new building is being constructed in a consortium. The turnkey realisation, including underground car park and outdoor facilities, is being implemented by the Leipzig structural engineering branch.
At Meierottostraße 8 / Pariser Straße 1, the office and commercial building ACHTUNDEINS is being built with around 10,000 m² of rental space. The building with six full storeys plus a stacked storey at the underground station Spichernstraße - directly opposite the Investitionsbank on Bundesallee - is being realised according to the plans of the renowned architectural office Eike Becker_Architekten.
Services in detail
The finely articulated façade of fibre concrete and aluminium profiles is inspired by textile weave patterns, which are complemented by generous glass fronts.
Challenges
The building will meet the highest standards of flexibility and sustainability. The aim is to achieve certification in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard.
