The “Grand Paris Express” project aims to improve links between the French capital and the neighboring residential areas in the Greater Paris region (Île-de-France) by building a transport network of six driverless underground railway lines by 2030. The project will require 210 km of tunnel and nearly 70 new underground stations. It also comprises the extension of the existing line 11 from the station “Mairie des Lilas” in direction to “Rosny Bois-Perrier” in the east of Paris realized in three phases (GC01, GC02 and the viaduct).

As part of the preparatory work for the Lausanne train station construction site, all the cables managing the region's rail activity had to be diverted. To do this, we have excavated and sealed two wells 27.00 and 22.00 deep, for the introduction of a micro tunnel machine with an external radius of 3.00 m, which will has drilled a 625 m long tunnel under the Lausanne train station. We also built 2 covered trenches to connect the existing networks to the cable gallery.

Implenia Tesch GmbH renovated the industrial flooring in Building 7.1 of the Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG site in Wuppertal.

Between November 2015 and November 2016, the joint venture Implenia Spezialtiefbau GmbH / Robert Zeller GmbH & Co.KG constructed the Marieninsel excavation pit. The dewatering was shut down in June 2017.
The project is located on the edge of Frankfurt's banking district and comprises the two sub-projects Marienforum and Marienturm. The client of the project is Pecan Development GmbH. The Marienforum is an approximately 40m high, flat-founded building. In addition to office space, the building will house 2 restaurants.
