TELT (Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin) awarded Lot 3 of the 57.5 km long Mont-Cenis base tunnel to a Joint Venture led by Implenia (34%). The total contract volume is CHF 248 million (EUR 228 million) and the project is in line with the company’s strategic focus on large, complex infrastructure projects.
Norwegian cleantech company TECO 2030 and Implenia Norway have been granted funding by Norwegian state enterprise Enova to jointly develop and pilot hydrogen-powered solutions that will eliminate emissions at construction sites. This is in line with Implenia’s ambitious sustainability goals.

The signing of the purchase contract for the Marienplatz site in Darmstadt marks Implenia's strategically planned entry into the German real estate development market. The company is building a residential complex and tower block offering 310 rental and owner-occupied apartments. The project is worth EUR 100 million.
