Exciting teaching

For training in the area of safety, our new apprentices were drawn to Melchtal, where they dealt with the subject of occupational safety in an entertaining way.

During their visit to the construction site, the youngsters gathered their first impressions of what will happen at their future workplace.

Together, the new students planned and built a soapbox. Team spirit is called for, just like in everyday working life.

Of course the practical test at the following race was not to be missed.

But also theory blocks on the topics of occupational safety and rules of conduct on a construction site were included.

In cooperation with Health Promotion Switzerland, Implenia's apprentices are sensitised to and supported in mental health issues. As part of the pilot project, care will be taken to ensure that the exchange between participants via app and in direct conversation is maintained and promoted.

Implenia offers students the opportunity to take responsibility for entire projects so that they can constantly improve their manual skills and learn to take on responsibility.

The results are handed over to the customers on time. From a garage forecourt to an apartment building, apprentices at Implenia have already built everything successfully!

Winterthur as a surfer's paradise? Of course!

Because sport is the best form of health care, Implenia's up-and-coming youngsters ventured out onto the wave on the standing wave in Winterthur's Sulzerareal.

Together with our apprentices, we support social commitment at Implenia. Together with our apprentices, we support institutions and people with our know-how and manpower. In this way we strengthen the social competence of our learning employees.

A successful completion of an apprenticeship should be celebrated in a fitting manner! Every summer, Implenia organizes a festival to celebrate the successful completion of the apprenticeship years.
